Tenis coach position
This position requires relocation to Germany. Please note that the company will not cover the cost of your flight tickets. However, they will provide assistance in arranging accommodation, a car, health insurance, and handling the necessary paperwork for you to work legally in Germany. Additionally, they will support you in finding your own trainees to supplement your income.
The initial contract will be for one year, with the possibility of an extension for another year. This is a part-time job, allowing you the flexibility to pursue other ventures, and it is estimated that you can earn approximately 3000 euros net salary per month after taxes.

The HQ Tennis Team consists of strong tennis coaches from all over Europe. After completing our training, the HQ trainers are placed in a club in Germany and run an HQ tennis school in this club. Well-structured training and permanent recruiting are paramount.
The HQ Tennis Team is comprised of skilled tennis coaches from across Europe. After completing our training, HQ coaches are placed in a club in Germany, where they run an HQ tennis school within that club. Our main priorities are providing exceptionally structured training and acquiring permanent members.
The network of trainers at the headquarters throughout Germany, who meet regularly to participate in workshops and exchange ideas on new training methods, is steadily expanding.
With their team, we are constantly connected through our own platform, enabling us to exchange information on all topics.
Must requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a tennis coach
- Upper intermediate english level
- European passport
- Strong tennis skills
- Availability to travel to Germany for at least one year
- Empathic
- Energic
Nice to have requirements:
- Experience as a professional player
- Driving licence
- Trainer licenses

We will ask you to send us some videos:
We ask you to record a short video of yourself, in which you hit some balls with a very good playing partner, use powerful yet safe shots with all tennis techniques (forehand topspin, backhand topspin, backhand slice) from the baseline. It is important that these strokes from the baseline result
in a long rally because a trainer’s top priority is to ensure a safe shot. After that, please practice with an attack shot and volley/smash, where the rallies can be shorter, because this demonstrates that you want to win the point. Finally, a few match situations including serve. We will then edit the video accordingly and, if necessary, cut sequences together
