Responsabilities

Work on the design and implementation of new communications and marketing strategies considering digital channels such as:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- TikTok
- Twitter Ads
- Marketplaces
- And More
Design and execute campaigns and their communication pieces, whether they are texts, banners or videos.
Think, propose and implement actions looking forward to optimize account KPIs (e.g. maximize revenue, return on investment, lower the acquisition cost, among others).
Generate dashboards to monitor the main KPIs.
Analyze and seek relevant insights for the business and create reports proposing the next steps.

We’re looking for:

Excellent analytical skills.
Proactivity & ability to self-manage their own work.
Be organized and methodical.
Passion for technology.
Excel or Google Sheets.
Eager to develop new skills (at least 1):
- Design
- Software Development
- Automations
- Content Writing
- Strategy
- Soft Skills
Good level of English (reading & writing).
Student or graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Systems or related careers.

Bonus Points

Experience in similar job, or completed course.
Good oral english level.
Excel or Google Sheets.

- Formulas: BuscarV (vlookup) / SumarSi (sumif) / Encontrar (find) / Extrae (mid)
Google & Facebook Ads certified.
Adobe Photoshop / Canva
Knowledge of a programming language.
