About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Engineer to develop an advanced AI-powered recruiting agent that enhances talent acquisition through intelligent search, data integration, and candidate filtering. The ideal candidate has experience building vector search engines, integrating LinkedIn APIs for data extraction, and designing AI-driven candidate evaluation criteria.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop an AI-powered search engine for candidate sourcing using vector databases.

Integrate with LinkedIn APIs and other data sources to build and maintain a real-time talent database.

Develop AI-driven candidate filtering criteria to assess qualifications, experience, and skills.

Utilize OpenAI embeddings, Sentence Transformers, and Voyage AI to improve candidate ranking and search relevance.

Implement knowledge graph-based search engines to enhance talent discovery.

Work with LLM tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face) to refine candidate recommendations.

Optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models for personalized talent matching.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI-driven hiring solutions.

Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or NLP.

Proven experience in vector search engine development (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, ChromaDB).

Strong understanding of knowledge graphs and their application in search engines.

Experience integrating LinkedIn API or similar platforms for data extraction and processing.

Deep understanding of AI-powered candidate screening criteria.

Experience working with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Hugging Face).

Familiarity with embedding models like OpenAI Embeddings, Sentence Transformers, Voyage AI.

Experience in building and deploying scalable AI applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
