We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics F&O (Finance and Operations) functional consulting lead
specializing in the implementation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
and Operations solutions. Coffee or other agricultural commodity industry experience is a strong
plus. The consultant will play a pivotal role in understanding business needs, designing tailored
solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery across the entire project lifecycle.
The consultant must be multi-lingual with either Spanish or Portuguese and must have English.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering:
Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes to identify and document functional
requirements within the Dynamics F&O platform, covering modules like General Ledger, Accounts
Receivable/Payable, Inventory Management, Sales, Procurement, and Project Management.
Solution Design:
Develop comprehensive functional requirement’s documents, including system configurations,
workflows, integrations, and data mapping to align with client requirements.
Implementation and Configuration:
Capable of configuring Dynamics F&O modules based on the design specifications and system
testing.
User Training and Support:
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end users on system navigation, key functionalities,
and best practices to ensure smooth adoption. Provide ongoing post-implementation support for
troubleshooting and resolving user queries.
Project Management:
Collaborate with project teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones,
ensuring adherence to project scope and budget.
Gap Analysis:
Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where standard Dynamics F&O functionality may not
fully meet client needs and propose potential solutions.
Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate with clients at all levels, including key decision-makers, to manage
expectations and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 5+ years as a Dynamics F&O Functional Consultant, with a strong
understanding of core Finance and Operations modules.
Hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics F&O, including
requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Expertise in data migration strategies and tools within the Dynamics platform.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-
functional teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-
paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot system issues.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (preferred.
Portuguese speaker is a must.
