We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team.
Tech stack: ServiceNow EC/other modules for marketplace & catalog, ServiceNow/Terraform
integration, ServiceNow/CDK integration, ServiceNow/JIRA integration, ServiceNow/FinOps
integration, ServiceNow/Asset Management integration.
Requirements:
- ServiceNow Catalog and Portal Developer:
Expertise in managing and setting up ServiceNow service catalogs and customizing the Service Portal (Employee Center).
Create ServiceNow workflows for marketplace operations and workflows (including custom approvals).
Experience implementing custom intake forms in ServiceNow, custom metadata and attributes for services.
Experience developing custom UI/UX over ServiceNow Marketplace (Employee Center) for enhanced user experience.
- Integration and Marketplace Automation:
Code integrations of marketplace with external systems (e.g., FinOps, Asset Management).
Experience implementing APIs and orchestration flows (e.g., AWS CDK).
- CMDB and Infra Product Lifecycle:
Optional: Configuration and maintenance of the CMDB to track infrastructure products and dependencies.
Strong understanding of infra product lifecycle management.
