We are seeking a PM to work on strategic projects, designing innovative solutions that empower clients to achieve Operational Excellence with their mission-critical applications. Based in Mexico City, the PM will play a key role in defining the adoption strategy for some projects, ensuring the platform is utilized to its fullest potential. This is an exciting position that demands a passion for customers, products, and the market landscape.

Gross Salary Range: MXN 40,000 – 45,000 

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, CDMX

Remote and On-site Work: 90% 10% split (some times on project needs to visit the client)

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.

• Demonstrable experience in applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Skills:

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Technical Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).

• Proficiency in project management software and collaborative tools

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee project execution to ensure time, cost, and quality objectives are met.

Team Management:

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Provide mentorship and continuous support to team members.

Agile Methodologies:

• Implement and promote the use of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in project management.
• Facilitate agile meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure proper implementation of agile practices and adjust processes as necessary.

Communication and Reporting:

• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Manage effective communication within the team and with clients.
